- Meet techs to discuss using the overhead projector
- Build lesson plan for meeting
- Run through lesson with unsuspecting participant
- Give activity instructions to unsuspecting volunteer to see what needs to be fixed.
- Rewrite lesson plan
- Make sure physical tech works for meeting
- Make sure instructions will work ( logins passwords)
- Create a plan B in case $h1t happens
- Consider finding someone to handle computer while presentiing

What is your goal/outcome for this tomorrow? and then...what would success look/sound like?
Make people learn about fellow elearners--- have them post about their new friends.
Success will feel like not being pantsed ---- that's a verb isn't it? If that is too weird a reference ask to me to explain myself.
Success will be they decide to show up more than once.
And that they feel they will get something out of the southport CoP rather than whatever that feeling was the last meeting you and I went to. ( the Ed one)
